Our SpearIT

Founded in 2022 by Osee “Trey” Fagan, a 17 year Marine Special Operations Sniper and Captain Randy Batts. SpearIT is a community of Veterans & first responders providing an anchor in restoring waters for those struggling to find balance in their life.

After confronting PTSD and the toll of alcohol during the end of his 17 year military career, Trey discovered healing through faith, community, and eventually the ocean. His first spearfishing trip revealed something powerful: the combination of adrenaline, focus, and the raw beauty of the water created clarity he had not felt in years.

He knew he was not alone.

SpearIT was built to give other Veterans and first responders the opportunity to rediscover their strength, purpose, and identity through saltwater therapy.
